Puss in Boots jumps up one place; Avatar passes the $2 billion; Missing looks good for healthy return for Sony.

Another week, and another week of Avatar: The Way of Water sitting at the top of the box office. In the week that James Cameron's sequel went past the $2 billion mark, the movie unsurprisingly kept the top spot for a 6th consecutive week bringing in an extra $20,133,106.
The big surprise of the week comes in the form of Puss in Boots: The Last Wish. Jumping from third to second in the charts this week, the Shrek spin-off film made $11,807,355 (-18.4%), which is a fairly low drop for any movie. The movie has been putting up amazing numbers for Universal, currently sitting at $127 million (Domestic) and close to the $300 million mark worldwide. With its release coming in the UK in the next few weeks, this will sure surpass that number and be a massive success at the box office.
Still riding in that top 3, M3GAN. We can safely say this is almost certainly a success for Universal (again), with the AI horror adding another $9,704,905 to the already impressive $63 million (domestic) box office tally.
The only new notable entry this week was the addition to the Searching "franchise". Missing took in an impressive $9,154,695, narrowly missing out on that third spot. With a reported budget of around $7 million, this seemingly has already made it's money back, with very limited marketing done by Sony for its release.
