At its heart is six-year-old Moonee (Prince), a spirited child who turns her run-down motel into a world of adventure alongside her friends. Her young mother, Halley (Vinaite), struggles to stay afloat, while Bobby (Dafoe) — the motel’s gruff but compassionate manager — quietly holds their fragile community together.
