MCM Comic Con London 2025: 'Alien: Earth' Experience, Artist Alley & a Nerds Shopping Paradise

MCM Comic-Con is in full swing, with fans flocking to the ExCeL Arena in London for a weekend packed with anime, gaming, collectibles, and everything in between. Whether you're a casual enthusiast or a full-blown superfan, the convention has something for everyone immersed in nerd culture.
One of the standout attractions this year is Disney Plus’s immersive Alien: Earth experience. Fans can sign up for a thrilling space mission simulation that tasks them with encountering—and surviving—alien species. The experience culminates in a collaborative escape challenge to evade a deadly Xenomorph. It’s intense, interactive, and a must-do for sci-fi lovers.
Creative Corners: Spotlight on Artist Alley
Artist Alley remains a cornerstone of MCM Comic-Con, and this year is no exception. A vibrant range of illustrators and creators are showcasing unique artwork, indie comics, and custom merchandise. Among the many talented artists, three stood out: LK1 Horror Series, Laura Howell Comic Artist, Leigh Licorish. Each brought a fresh and striking style that caught the eye of myself.
Shopping at MCM Comic-Con is nothing short of a collector’s dream. From rare Pokémon cards and Funko Pops to anime gear and full-sized replica swords, the exhibitor halls are brimming with hidden gems. I personally scored my grail Pokémon card—something I never thought I’d find. If you’ve got a wish list, now’s your chance to tick a few items off.
